The Student Government has sponsored a wonderful outing at a Country Fair including an all day BBQ, mini-golfing, batting cages, go-carting and more. A good time was had by all.

Last Tuesday evening, Mesivta Ateres Yaakov held its annual Arista Honors Installation and Awards Night, at which tribute was paid to the myriad accomplishments of the MAY Talmidim.

Last week, Rabbi Leibe Wolf, 10th grade Rebbe at Mesivta Ateres Yaakov, took his shiur on an outing visiting Rabbonim in Brooklyn. The bochurim had audiences with Rav Avrohom Schorr, Rav Moshe Tuvia Lieff and Rav Shimshon Sherer, heard divrei Torah from each one and received brachos as well. Talmidim returned to Yeshiva energized and inspired to continue in their shteiging!

This past Motzei Shabbos, The Mesivta Ateres Yaakov Eagles battled the Yeshiva Darchei Torah Bulldogs in the championship game of the inaugural season of the Mesivta Hockey League (MHL).

Last week, the entire student body of Mesivta Ateres Yaakov embarked on their annual mid-winter retreat.

Mesivta Ateres Yaakov once again hosted an incredibly successful blood drive, raising over 60 pints in just a few hours.

Mesivta Ateres Yaakov held its annual Yonatan Andrusier Dor L’Dor Breakfast last Thursday, during which fathers and grandfathers joined their sons for an enjoyable morning of ruchniyus and gashmiyus at the Mesivta.

The countdown began at 1:00 last Sunday afternoon with more than 180 runners waiting at the starting line of the 5th Annual FM Home Loans MAY 5K.
