Rabbi Shmuel OratzRabbi Shmuel Oratz (since 2000)
9th Grade
A musmach of Rav Tuvia Goldstein, zt"l, Rabbi Shmuel Oratz also learned under Rabbi Chaim Epstein. Before joining MAY, he was a rebbe at Yeshiva of Brooklyn for eight years. As a ninth grade rebbe, Rabbi Oratz provides individualized attention to all of his students thus facilitating their transitions from elementary school to the rigors of Mesivta. He brings many years of General Studies experience to his role as faculty advisor for our two student publications, the weekly digest of divrei Torah, Ateres HaShavua and the school newspaper, Ateres Star.

   Rabbi Yehoshua Robinson (since 2012)

   11th Grade

A musmach of Beis Midrash Govoha in Lakewood, Rabbi Robinson studied in Ererz Yisroel for two years, after which he learned under the tutelage of HaRab Zelig Epstein, zt"l, in Yeshivas Sha'ar HaTorah and became a close talmid of HaRav Kalman Epstein, shlit"a. He learned in the Toronto Community Kollel for five years, learning with and giving shiurim to community members and high school students. Most recently, Rabbi Robinson directed the   Mekor Boruch Program at Yeshivas Zichron Aryeh in Far Rockaway. 

Rabbi Leibe Wolf Rabbi Leibe Wolf (since 1993)
10th Grade
A musmach of Rav Avraham Pam, zt"l, Rabbi Wolf taught in Torah Vadaath prior to joining MAY. He is involved in kiruv programs for yeshiva students and adults. Rabbi Wolf has served in variety of chinuch positions at summer camps, including serving as learning rebbe and night seder mashgiach at Camp Romimu and learning rebbe at Camp Rayim.

 Rabbi Shlomo Karp
 (since 2016)                                                                                            10th Grade

 After learning in Yeshivas Mir Yerushalayim, Rabbi Karp continued his studies at Yeshiva Ohr HaChaim in Queens. He received his smicha from Rabbi Zalman Nechemia Goldberg, shlit”a, in Eretz Yisrael.Rabbi Karp has extensive chinuch experience, having served as 8th grade Rebbe in HALB and 12th grade Rebbe at Mesivta Yesodei Yeshurun in Queens.

   Rabbi Yonasan Sprung (since 2013)

   12th Grade

 Rabbi Sprung studied at Yeshivas Sha'alvim for two years and then attended Yeshiva University where he graduated as Valedictorian of his class with a B.A. in Economics. He returned to Eretz Yisroel and studied at Yeshivas Derech HaTalmud for six years and then at Yeshivas Chevron under the famous Musar personality, Rav Naftali Kaplan. Rabbi Sprung taught for three years at Yeshivas Derech HaTalmud where he also directed the Bekius Program and subsequently joined, joined Yeshivas Ohr Yerushalayim, where his unique talents made him a star mechanech.

Rabbi Manoach Gelbfish Rabbi Manoach Gelbfish (since 1998)
11th Grade
Rabbi Gelbfish is a musmach of Rav Moshe Halberstram and Rav Shlomo Wolbe. While learning at Lakewood he completed the Merkaz Teacher Training Course, the Torah U'mesorah Teachers Course, and the Educational Support Services Course. He was Learning Director in Camp Agudah of Toronto and directed and participated in S.E.E.D. programs in Great Neck, New York and Cincinnati, Ohio. He also taught for four years at the Kerem Sarah Institute for Advanced Learning. Rabbi Gelbfish is also a certified Mohel.



   Rabbi Yehuda Orlansky (since 2011)

   12th Grade

A veteran of Yeshiva Bais Moshe of Scranton, Yeshiva of Philadelphia, Yeshivas Mir Yerushalayim, and Bais Medrash Govoha of Lakewood under Rab Yisroel Neuman, shlit"a, Rav Orlansky receieved certification from the Va'ad Chizuk, under the direction of Rav Eli Wolbe, focusing on kiruv krovim. He also participated in a 2 year course from Rav Eber, Mashgiach of Yeshivas Ohr Yisroel in Petach Tikvah, focusing on developing self esteem in adolescents. 

Rabbi David Harary Rabbi David Harary (since 2001)
MAYER Program
Rabbi Harary studied in yeshivos both in Eretz Yisroel and America, including Mercaz HaTorah and Mikdash Melech. He holds a dual teaching certification for both Special Education and General Studies, and previously taught at Sylvan Learning Centers. He has a B.S. in Special Education from Monmouth University.
